What the three projects have in common
A browser app for music producers, a loyalty system for a busy butcher's counter and a design-to-Jira tool are very different builds. They were made the same way.
Built around how people actually work
Before designing anything, we learn how the work happens today. For the butcher, that meant a busy counter with a queue on Saturday mornings, so the loyalty system runs on a phone number instead of an app or a card.
A focused first version
Each project started with the one workflow that mattered most, and that part shipped first. Everything else was built on top of something people were already using.
Looked after once it is live
All three are live and still looked after, rather than handed over at launch and left to age.
